3. Payment policy

Masajes Relajantes Bogotá offers two payment modalities. The following methods are accepted:

• Online payment with Bold: debit/credit card, Nequi or PSE through the Bold gateway (bold.co). Available in two modalities: (a) 50% deposit on booking and 50% at service completion, or (b) full payment upfront.

• Bank transfer or Nequi/Daviplata
• USD cash (for international clients)

The client may cancel their appointment at no cost if they do so with a minimum of 2 hours' notice before the agreed time. Cancellations made with less than 2 hours' notice or once the therapist has been dispatched are subject to the No-Refund Policy described in clause 4.

Published prices correspond to base rates. Surcharges may apply in the following cases, which will be communicated to the client before confirming the appointment:

• Late night hours (10 PM – 6 AM)
• Public holidays and high-demand weekends
• Adverse weather conditions (heavy rain)
• Locations in hard-to-access areas or outside the usual coverage area
